It is going to be very difficult for teachers to have to change their mindset about the grading system they have in place. It will take a lot of work and practice for a change to take place in the way that teachers grade.

It demonstrates the importance of having a clear and systemic, collaborative grading system that will help all stakeholders understand their grade. It also makes it a fair way to demonstrate a grade that demonstrates each students’ effort.
